Information we collect

We collect only what we need to answer you and to run our commercial operation.

• Information you give us: full name, email address, phone or mobile number, company or team, role, revenue range and anything you write in the message field of our contact form.
• Newsletter information: the email address you submit to receive The Growth Ignis Brief.
• SMS consent records: whether you opted in to receive SMS from us, the exact consent text displayed to you, the date and time of that choice in UTC, the page URL where the form was submitted and the origin of the opt in.
• Technical and marketing data: IP address, browser user agent, pages viewed, referring URL and campaign parameters such as UTM tags and advertising click identifiers, which we store in your browser so a lead can be attributed to the campaign that generated it.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare your diagnostic call.
• To send the SMS messages you have consented to receive, and only those.
• To send The Growth Ignis Brief, if you subscribed to it.
• To measure the performance of our site and our advertising, including conversion measurement.
• To meet legal, tax and record keeping obligations, including keeping proof of SMS consent.

SMS and mobile messaging

This section describes how we treat mobile phone numbers and SMS messaging consent.

Providing your phone number is not by itself consent to receive SMS. Consent is given only by actively checking the dedicated SMS opt in checkbox on our forms. That checkbox is never pre checked, and accepting SMS is never required to submit a form or to purchase anything from us.

• Who sends the messages: Growth Ignis, LLC.
• What we send: messages related to your inquiries, appointments, services and relevant updates.
• Message frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. Those charges are set by your mobile carrier, not by Growth Ignis.
• Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS from us. You may opt out at any time.
• Help: reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email francisco@growthignis.com.
• Consent records: whenever a form that collects a phone number is submitted, we record whether SMS consent was given, the exact consent text displayed, the timestamp in ISO 8601 UTC, the page URL of the submission and the source of the opt in. We keep this record as proof of consent.
• We do not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data.
• We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use Google Tag Manager, the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to understand how our site and our advertising perform. These tools may set cookies and may receive contact data in hashed form, meaning an email address or phone number converted into an irreversible value, so that a conversion can be attributed to the campaign that produced it. We also store campaign parameters in your browser local storage for the same attribution purpose.

This measurement covers our own campaigns only. It is not a sale of your data, and it is not a transfer of your phone number for anyone else to market to you.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site continues to work.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with the service providers that operate our infrastructure, and only to the extent they need it to provide their service to us: our website host, our CRM and workflow automation systems, our email and messaging providers, and our analytics and advertising measurement providers. These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are never sold, and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The limited sharing with the providers described above is the only sharing that occurs.

How long we keep it

We keep contact records for as long as needed to serve you and to run our commercial relationship, and afterwards for as long as a legal, tax or evidentiary obligation requires.

SMS opt in and opt out records are kept for at least as long as the applicable messaging rules require us to be able to prove consent, including after you opt out.

Your choices

• SMS: reply STOP at any time to stop messages, or email francisco@growthignis.com.
• Newsletter: every edition of The Growth Ignis Brief carries an unsubscribe link.
• Access, correction and deletion: you may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the records we are required to keep.
• Cookies: manage them in your browser settings.

Security

We protect the information we hold with technical and organisational measures appropriate to its sensitivity, including encrypted transport, access control and providers selected for their security posture. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for business professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Where your data is processed

Growth Ignis operates from the United States and works with clients in several countries. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we change the date at the top of the page. The SMS consent text you accepted is stored with the record of your opt in, so a later change to our texts does not alter what you agreed to at the time.
