Who is responsible

Growth Ignis, LLC operates growthignis.com and decides how the information described here is used.

Information you give us

We only ask for what a request needs:

• Diagnostic call form: name, email, phone, company, your role, annual revenue range and the challenge you describe.
• Website proposal form: name, business email, company, phone (optional), project type, your brief and the reference project you select.
• Newsletter: your email address.
• Website checkout: name, email, phone with country code, the configuration you choose, design references and any special request you send for review. Your contact details reach us when you continue from the first step, and your configuration when you reach the review step, so we can contact you if you don’t finish your order.
• Initial project form, after a confirmed order: business name, current website or domain, goal, audience, references and links to brand materials.
• Messaging consent, when you give it: the wording you accepted, the date, the page and the language.

Information we receive automatically

Our servers receive standard request data, such as IP address, browser and the page requested, as any website does.

If you arrive through a campaign link, the campaign parameters in that link (for example utm_source) are stored with your request so we know where it came from. We do not put your name, email, phone or message content in those parameters.

We use Google Tag Manager with consent mode enabled to measure visits. Before your choice, it only sends limited signals without storing browser identifiers. With your permission, we also enable measurement and marketing with cookies and identifiers, including Meta technologies for forms, checkout starts and purchases. You can accept, refuse or change this choice in the privacy banner. Server access logs are kept for 30 days and then deleted.

Storage in your browser

The website checkout and the initial project form save your draft in this browser for 24 hours, and the proposal form keeps a draft for the browser tab session, up to 2 hours. This stays on your device and you can clear it at any time.

After you start a payment, a signed cookie named gi_checkout_session links your payment confirmation to your browser for 24 hours. It exists so we never show an order to the wrong person. The gi_tracking_consent cookie stores your privacy choice for up to 12 months. Measurement and advertising cookies are enabled only after your acceptance.

How we use your information

• To answer your request and prepare your diagnostic call or proposal.
• To process an order, deliver the website you bought and support it.
• To send The Growth Ignis Brief when you subscribe, and to stop sending it when you unsubscribe.
• To keep records that we need for accounting, tax and legal obligations.
• To protect the website against abuse.

Legal bases

Under the LGPD and the GDPR we rely on: your consent, for the newsletter; the performance of a contract or the steps you ask for before it, for proposals, orders and delivery; our legitimate interest, to answer business requests and protect the website; and legal obligation, for accounting and tax records.

You can withdraw consent for the newsletter at any time, which does not affect what we did before.

Phone numbers and messages

We contact leads and clients by phone, SMS and WhatsApp about their request, their website project and our services, including through Sophia, our messaging assistant. Sophia is an automated assistant that uses artificial intelligence to write her replies.

Marketing and follow up messages by SMS or WhatsApp go only to people who gave express consent in a separate, optional and unchecked field. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

You can stop at any time: reply STOP to an SMS or use the Stop button in WhatsApp, and reply HELP for help. We keep a record of your consent and of your request to stop.

We do not share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. WhatsApp messages are also subject to the terms and privacy policy of WhatsApp. We send these messages during business hours.

Who else receives it

Payments run through Stripe, which receives your name, email, billing details and order, and processes your card data directly. We never receive the full card number.

Your request is sent to the customer relationship and automation systems we use to run our commercial operation, and to our hosting and email providers.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for third party advertising. Our main providers are HighLevel, for customer relationship management, messaging and automation, and Stripe, for payments.

International transfers

Growth Ignis, LLC is based in the United States, and your information may be processed there and in other countries where our team and providers work, including Brazil. When information is transferred out of the country where it was collected, we use standard contractual clauses or another safeguard recognized by the applicable law, including the standard contractual clauses approved by the ANPD for transfers from Brazil.

How long we keep it

If you do not become a client, we keep your information for 30 days after our last contact, and server access logs are kept for 30 days. If you become a client, we keep contract, order and payment records while the contract is active and afterwards for the period that tax and accounting laws require. We keep the record of your consent and of any request to stop messages for as long as we need it to respect your choice.

Your rights

You can ask for confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, information about who received it, and you can object to a use based on legitimate interest.

To exercise any of these, send us a message on WhatsApp, in the conversation you already have with us, or use the contact form at growthignis.com/en/contact. We answer within 15 days. If you are in Brazil, you can also complain to the ANPD.

Security

Transport is encrypted, secrets stay on the server, and payment sessions are tied to a signed cookie. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

This website is addressed to professionals and businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we publish the new version on this page with a new date. Changes that affect a right you have will be communicated before they take effect.
