Who you are contracting with

Growth Ignis, LLC (EIN 37-2186747), 800 N King Street, Suite 304-3802, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States. Contracts are signed only by this company.

What we offer

Advisory and commercial infrastructure engagements, agreed in a proposal after a diagnostic call, and websites and landing pages purchased through the checkout at growthignis.com/checkout-websites.

Our advisory plans and the Shark Platform subscription have their own contracts, which govern them instead of these terms.

Orders, prices and payment

• Prices are in United States dollars and are shown before applicable taxes, which are calculated during payment.
• Website projects are paid in full when you place the order, through Stripe at checkout.
• Hosting & Care is optional. Its monthly charge starts 30 days after delivery. You can cancel it at any time; it ends at the end of the current billing month, with no refund for that month.
• An order is confirmed only after the payment is verified with Stripe. A page that loads or a payment window that closes does not confirm an order by itself.

Delivery

We complete development within 7 days after two things happen: your order is confirmed and we receive access to your domain and hosting, with your initial project form complete.

If material, access or an approval we depend on is missing, the period pauses until we receive it.

What you provide

You provide the content, images, logos and any other material you want on the website, and you confirm that you may use them. You keep the rights you already have on that material and give us permission to use it to build and support your website.

Domain registration and hosting are contracted by you, in your name. We guide you through the access we need.

Scope, revisions and extra work

The scope is what your order and your proposal describe. Work outside it is quoted separately and starts only after you approve it.

• Landing Page: one page.
• Business Website: 5 pages, plus one page per property up to 10 property pages. Additional pages are purchased separately.
• AI Website Chat: a chat assistant trained on your website content and up to 20 questions, answers or documents you provide. It replies in English, Portuguese and Spanish, collects visitor contact details and hands off to your team when it cannot answer, with up to 500 conversations per month while Hosting & Care is active. It does not search live listings, book appointments or answer calls.
• CRM Connection: sends website inquiries to a supported CRM or to any CRM with webhooks or an open API. CRM licenses and two-way synchronization are not included.
• Immersive Property Experience: one property, with navigation between up to 6 rooms or spaces, built from the photos and video you provide. 360° capture, 3D modeling and AI-generated renders are not included.
• Hosting & Care: hosting, SSL certificate, backups, uptime monitoring, security updates and up to 30 minutes of small content updates per month.
• Revisions and support: up to 3 rounds of revisions within the agreed scope, and replies to support requests within 48 business hours.

Ownership

After full payment, the website we deliver is yours to use for your business. Fonts, images, plugins and other third party components keep the licences of their own owners, and those licences pass to you as they are.

We keep the rights to the frameworks, components and internal tools we reuse across projects. We may show the delivered website in our portfolio, unless you tell us in writing that you prefer we don’t.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your order within 7 days of placing it and receive a full refund of the amount paid. After those 7 days, payments are not refundable.

Hosting & Care can be cancelled at any time and ends at the end of the current billing month.

Support

For 30 days after delivery, we fix issues and make adjustments within the agreed scope. After that, small updates are part of Hosting & Care, and other work is quoted separately.

The examples in our showcase

The concepts presented in our website showcase are fictional brands created to demonstrate design and interaction. Names, prices, properties and results shown in them are illustrative and are not offers.

Client work is shown with permission and represents that project, not a promise of the same result for you.

Using this website

Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems, and do not submit content you do not have the right to submit. We may suspend access if that happens.

Third party services

Payments run through Stripe, and your website depends on the domain, hosting and other services you contract. Those providers have their own terms, and we are not responsible for an interruption caused by them.

Warranties and liability

We deliver the agreed scope with professional care. We do not promise a specific commercial result, such as a number of leads or sales, because that depends on your market, your offer and your operation.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits, lost revenue or lost data. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct or any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless a mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

Messages by SMS and WhatsApp

If you opt in, Growth Ignis may send you SMS and WhatsApp messages about your request, your project and our services, including automated messages from Sophia, our messaging assistant. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
